These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website al-zara.com (the “Site”) and any scrap metal purchasing, collection, or related services (the “Services”) provided by Al-Zara International Trading Company (“Al-Zara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), headquartered at 11th St, Al Adamah, Dammam – 32242, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By using this Site, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging us for scrap collection, you (“you,” “the Seller,” or “the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.

-

-
- Certified digital weighing and collection
-
- Issuance of commercial documentation (receipts, weight certificates, invoices)
-
- Bulk and long-term scrap collection contracts
2. Quotations & Pricing
-
- Prices referenced on the Site, over the phone, or via WhatsApp are indicative estimates only, based on material type, estimated grade, quantity, and prevailing market conditions including daily LME (London Metal Exchange) rates.
-
- All quotations are subject to confirmation upon physical inspection of the material at your site. Final pricing may vary if the actual grade, condition, contamination level, or quantity of the scrap differs from what was described or photographed at the time of the initial inquiry.
-
- Quoted prices are valid only for the period communicated to you at the time of quotation (and in any case no longer than 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing) due to fluctuations in commodity markets.
-
- We reserve the right to decline a purchase or revise a quote if, upon inspection, the material does not meet the description provided.
3. Seller Obligations & Ownership Warranty
By offering scrap material for sale to Al-Zara, you confirm and warrant that:
-
- You are the lawful owner of the material, or you are duly authorized by the owner (e.g., factory, contractor, or facility) to sell it on their behalf.
-
- The material is free of any third-party claims, liens, theft, or legal dispute.
-
- You have the right to grant site access for inspection and collection.
-
- All information provided regarding the type, quantity, and condition of the scrap is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Al-Zara reserves the right to refuse any transaction where ownership or legal title cannot be reasonably verified, and to report suspected stolen or illegally sourced material to the relevant authorities, in compliance with applicable Saudi laws.
4. Site Visits, Weighing & Collection
-
- Site visits, inspections, and collections are scheduled by mutual agreement. We aim to accommodate same-day or next-day visits where possible, subject to logistics and team availability.
-
- All transactions are measured using calibrated digital scales on-site, and the final weight recorded at the time of collection is binding for payment purposes.
-
- You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the collection site, including any required site safety inductions, permits, or PPE requirements specific to your facility.
-
- You are responsible for ensuring the scrap material is reasonably staged, accessible, and free of hazardous contamination (e.g., chemical residue, asbestos, radioactive material) unless otherwise disclosed and agreed in advance.
-
- Al-Zara is not liable for delays in collection caused by site access restrictions, weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Payment Terms
-
- Payment is made on the same day as collection, following verification of weight and grade, via cash or bank transfer as agreed between the parties.
-
- Payment amounts are calculated based on the verified weight and grade at the point of collection, multiplied by the agreed rate.
-
- For bulk or long-term contracts, payment terms (including any milestone or periodic payment structure) will be set out in a separate written agreement, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.
-
- We are not responsible for delays in bank transfers caused by the receiving bank or factors outside our control.
6. Documentation
Upon completion of a transaction, Al-Zara will provide:
-
- An official purchase receipt
-
- A weight certificate based on calibrated digital scale readings
-
- A commercial invoice, where applicable, for your finance and compliance records
You are responsible for retaining copies of this documentation for your own internal, tax, or compliance purposes.
7. Bulk & Long-Term Contracts
Recurring or scheduled scrap collection arrangements are governed by a separate signed agreement between Al-Zara and the Client, which will specify pricing mechanisms, collection frequency, minimum volumes, and termination terms. These Terms apply to such arrangements only to the extent not otherwise addressed in that agreement.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
- Either party may reschedule a confirmed site visit or collection by providing reasonable advance notice.
-
- Al-Zara reserves the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled visit due to safety concerns, logistical constraints, or if the material substantially differs from what was originally described.
-
- Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
9. Health, Safety & Compliance
Al-Zara conducts collections in accordance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We expect Clients to:
-
- Disclose any known hazardous materials, chemical residues, or safety risks associated with the scrap or the collection site in advance.
-
- Comply with applicable environmental and waste-handling regulations relevant to their facility.
We support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 sustainability and circular economy goals, and we direct recovered materials toward responsible recycling channels.
